Financial & Strategic Management: Manage operational budgets, control fixed costs, and facilitate accurate forward forecasting to achieve EBITDA targets and maintain strong financial controls.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams, suppliers, statutory bodies, local community neighbours, and external customers to deliver exceptional service quality.
Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to product quality plans, audit compliance, and prompt root-cause analysis to address and resolve any operational or quality queries.
You are a proactive, approachable, and strategic leader who thrives on bringing out the best in people and operational processes. You bring a collaborative spirit, a passion for safety, and the ability to maintain strong standards while supporting rapid expansion.
Your Skills and Attributes:
Proven Operational Leadership: You have a successful track record in senior leadership within a production, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment, with proven experience directing multi-disciplined teams and managing budgets effectively.
