Join us as we continue the exciting journey of our newly launched Edwin & Betsy's Restaurant.
Earlier this year, we proudly launched our newly refreshed Edwin & Betsy's Restaurant at Hillier Garden Centre, Weyhill, a bright, contemporary, welcoming space designed to elevate the customer experience with freshly prepared meals, light bites, cakes and quality barista beverages. It has quickly become a favourite stop for visitors enjoying our much‑loved garden centre, known for its exceptional plants, gifts and outdoor living ranges.
We are now seeking an experienced, passionate and hands‑on Restaurant Manager to help shape the next stage of Edwin & Betsy's development and ensure the restaurant continues to thrive.

You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, manage stock and supplies, maintain compliance, control costs and work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to drive performance and enhance the customer experience.
