We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations.
Role Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support the management team in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team during busy shifts.
Key duties include:
- Team Leadership: Supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and morale remains high.
- Shift Management: Managing the day-to-day flow of the restaurant, handling customer enquiries professionally, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring food preparation and service to ensure all orders meet our established quality and presentation standards.
- Operations & Compliance: Conducting opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling/till reconciliations, and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate leadership capability and a strong background in hospitality.
- Experience: Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in a high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or fast-casual food environment is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Attributes: A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
