We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care. As a Wellhub Pharmacist Store Manager with us you’ll be combining your excellent customer and patient care with leading, coaching, and developing a team. Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- You’ll lead the performance of your store, whilst keeping our customers close to heart.
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
- Building the capability of store teams
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the most effective patient care
- Provide immunizations and other medical services
- Oversee pharmacy technicians in their duties
- Assisting with branch management; maintaining records, tracking inventory, controlling stock levels and securing controlled drugs to maintain compliance
What you’ll need to have
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character. In addition you will:
- The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
- A strong understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
Qualifications and Experience:
GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a Master's degree
- NMS accreditation and Flu vaccination training required
- Proven experience in pharmacy operations management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £ 50,000 -£66,000 per year ( Depending the Experience )
