About the Role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support to children and young adults with a range of complex health needs. Every individual we support is unique, and we are committed to delivering care that is tailored to their goals, preferences, routines, and aspirations.
You will play a vital role in helping our clients live life on their terms while ensuring their health, safety, dignity, and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything you do.
Complex Care Experience May Include:
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Support
- PEG / Enteral Feeding
- Epilepsy Management
- Airway Management
- Suctioning
- Medication Administration
- Neurological Conditions
- Physical Disabilities
- Learning Disabilities
- Personal Care and Daily Living Support
Full clinical training and ongoing support will be provided where required.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's UK care experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young adults
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Previous complex care experience
- Experience supporting children and young people
