Redwood Environmental Services is a family-run waste management and drainage company based in Bridgend. We cover all of South Wales and the UK and specialise in liquid waste removal, liquid waste treatment, drainage, survey, and inspections. Established in 2003, our dedicated team consists of qualified drainage and waste management specialists. Position Overview
As the company is expanding, we would like to recruit multiple candidates who will assist our team leaders with all aspects of works including investigation, blockage clearance, jetting and CCTV surveying. The role will consist of planned and reactive drainage tasks to both commercial and domestic customers. The ideal candidates will have experience in the drainage industry however this is not essential as full training will be provided to successful applicants.
Responsibilities
- Assist team leader with a range of services including drain cleaning, surveying blockage cleaner/investigation among other duties.
- Carry out all works diligently and safely.
- Take instruction from Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Follow Health & Safety instructions, Risk Assessment & Method Statements.
Position Requirements
- Current full Driving Licence (required)
- Enthusiastic, and driven.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
- Eager to learn new skills and develop career.
- Available to work on-call and overtime.
- HGV License (preferred, not essential).
- CSCS Card (preferred, not essential).
Additional Information
- Salary dependent on experience.
- Paid overtime Time and Half
- Overtime is Paid Door to Door when On Call
- Must be available to work evening and nights including weekends as part of a on-call rota.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Previous drainage experience preferred but training will be provided.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
