We are looking for an Events Delivery Administrator to work in our Logistics & Customer Engagement team.
The successful candidates will be required to provide high quality customer service and administrative support to enable the effective delivery of events. In order to do this, you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties:
- Providing administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately.
- Create and maintain records, standard reports, and spreadsheets to ensure information is up -to-date, easy to access and accurate.
- Process routine invoices and/or fees and expenses, carrying out basic numerical calculations to ensure timeous payment and accounting.
- Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures.
- Providing administrative support to Event Coordinators and Operations Officers.
- Providing a high level of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following Qualifications Scotland guidelines while maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Creating and maintaining records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate.
- Contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and recommending improvements to administrative procedures and systems.
Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 6 (Higher/SVQ3) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role. They should also have MS software knowledge (Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Project and Visio) and good verbal and written communication skills.
