Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, infant care, and classroom management.
- Provide high-quality childcare tailored to individual needs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children of various ages.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through nurturing interactions and behavior management strategies.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to promote well-being and comfort.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress, share insights, and develop personalized care plans for children with special education needs or disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s activities, developmental milestones, and health information in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are rigorously followed, including first aid protocols and hygiene practices.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Certification in first aid is essential; additional qualifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster positive behavior management techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
