- Work closely with the Service Manager and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
- Identify opportunities to improve the service, processes and outcomes.
- Support the continued growth and development of the service across London.

- A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive practice.
Why Join?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious service where you can have a real influence on both the team you lead and the young people you support.
As the service continues to expand across London, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to its development, improve service delivery and help shape how support is provided to care leavers.
