We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain an organised filing system both physically and electronically.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are executed effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction within the team and with external contacts.
- A good understanding of office procedures and administrative processes will be beneficial.
