We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool’s famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre. .

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
- Supervise and support Front of House team
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Coordinate service during breakfast and dinner shifts
- Assist with staff training and development
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support stock control and ordering processes
- Support the setup and presentation of function rooms to ensure readiness for events
- Support daily Bar service to ensure smooth and efficient operations and cleanliness standards
