Carousel is home to the newly opened contemporary Mexican seafood restaurant, Cometa. It also houses a 23-seater cocktail bar serving up Chuck George’s peerless smashburgers and an ever-changing line-up of guest chef collaborations with chefs from all over the world. From events to all round awesome experiences, morning, noon and night. No two days here are ever the same.
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Waiting Staff to join our front of house team at Carousel, working across our events program.

Previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is desirable, but attitude and potential are just as important as experience.
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
