Do you have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism? Are you looking for a step up into a team leader role? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
When you join us, you’ll become part of an organisation which is CQC rated ‘Outstanding’. Our team has won numerous national and local awards for leading the way in person-centered support.
At Partners in Support, you'll never be just a number; you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the people we support, and each other. Since 2008, Partners in Support has provided supported living services across Hertfordshire and we’re proud to be a local, values-led organisation that puts people before growth. We believe in dignity, respect, compassion, and partnership, supporting people to live the lives they choose in their own homes and communities.
We’re looking for an experienced Support Worker who is looking to step up into a team leader role. Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently. You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
We offer a welcoming environment where teamwork, kindness and mutual support are valued. Through regular check-ins, meaningful supervision, performance reviews and ongoing communication, you'll feel supported both personally and professionally.
We also invest heavily in training and development. From a comprehensive induction to specialist learning opportunities, leadership development & career progression pathways, we'll help you build your confidence, develop new skills, and achieve your career goals.
