We are a small West London practice providing accountancy, book-keeping, taxation and audit services, and have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper. The firm has been established for over 35 years and is a registered ICAEW and ACCA training firm.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain practical professional experience and build on their existing skills.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of company statutory accounts and tax returns
- Audit work
- Book-keeping and preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of personal tax returns
- Monthly payroll processing
- Annual P11D returns
- Filing of company confirmation statements and statutory documents
- Managing accounts payable and making payments
- Other administrative duties
Candidates must have good numeracy, interpersonal skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. It is essential for candidates to be well organised and show initiative with problem solving.
Working experience and knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll is preferred.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
