About the Role
Working alongside experienced dental technicians, you'll support the production of high-quality fixed restorations while developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.
You'll gain hands-on experience in a modern digital laboratory environment, learning best practices in quality, workflow management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist in the fabrication of crowns, bridges and fixed restorations.
✔ Support senior technicians with daily laboratory production.
✔ Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
✔ Learn modern CAD/CAM and digital dentistry workflows.
✔ Follow laboratory quality assurance procedures.
✔ Help ensure cases are completed within agreed turnaround times.
✔ Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
✔ Work collaboratively with colleagues across the laboratory.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Current GDC Registration.
- Recognised Dental Technology qualification.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organisational skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience within a dental laboratory.
- Knowledge of Crown & Bridge procedures.
Experience with digital dentistry or CAD/CAM workflows.
