Location
- Hybrid working
- Office base in Southampton or Welwyn Garden City
- Travel across the South of England, including London and South Wales
- Home working, office working and delivery on partner sites
- Occasional overnight stays required

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging STEM programmes, workshops, events and experiences for schools, colleges and industry partners
- Take ownership of programmes from planning and coordination through to delivery, evaluation and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, industry mentors and external stakeholders
- Represent EDT as a professional and engaging Delivery Officer at face-to-face, residential and virtual events
- Inspire and engage large groups of young people through confident presentations and interactive learning experiences
- Manage programme data, CRM records, participant feedback and reporting to support continuous improvement
Who We're Looking For
- Experience delivering programmes, projects, events or activities within education, youth engagement, outreach, STEM or community environments
- A confident presenter who can motivate, engage and inspire young people
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating events, workshops, programmes or educational activities
- Passion for creating opportunities and improving outcomes for young people
- Willingness to travel and occasionally support overnight or residential programmes
