The Springer Spaniel is a welcoming country gastro pub in the heart of Cornwall, known for serving high-quality, freshly prepared food in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chefs to join our growing kitchen team.
The Role
- 40 hours per week
- £13.50 per hour
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with menu development and daily specials
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Working closely with the Head Chef and supporting junior team members
- Ensuring consistency and quality in every service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Passion for gastro pub dining
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Food hygiene knowledge and commitment to high standards
