About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growth team in the UK. In this role, you will lead our social media presence—focusing primarily on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms too —while scaling our Affiliate Marketing & Creator programs to drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Marketing (Primary Focus)Identify, recruit, and onboard creators, affiliates, and influencers primarily across TikTok (including TikTok Shop/Affiliate), Instagram, and other social media platforms.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, negotiating commission structures and campaign deliverables.Manage affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre), optimising performance and tracking key metrics (Clicks, Conversions, CPA, ROI).
Social Media & Content CreationDevelop and execute engaging content strategies for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels).Plan, shoot, edit, and write compelling copy for short-form video and visual assets tailored to UK audiences.Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm changes to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
Analytics & OptimisationMonitor daily/weekly performance across social platforms and affiliate channels.Produce regular report analytics to refine content direction, increase affiliate conversion rates, and maximize overall return on ad spend.
Requirements
· Work Authorisation: Valid right to work in the UK (e.g., Graduate Visa, Skilled Worker, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizen).
· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in UK social media marketing and affiliate/creator partnerships.
· Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of TikTok (including short-form video strategies and affiliate ecosystems) and Instagram (Reels, creator monetization, and shop integrations).
· Content Skills: Proficient in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
· Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, setting up tracking links, and evaluating channel performance using analytics tools.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
