At Longhurst's Laundry & Cleaning, we believe a clean home makes a real difference to people's lives. We're a friendly, family-run business providing high-quality domestic and commercial cleaning services across Ellesmere Port, Chester, the Wirral, Deeside and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to join our professional team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for cleaning a variety of domestic and commercial properties to our high standards. Every day is different, and you'll become a trusted, familiar face to our regular clients, helping them keep their homes and workplaces clean, fresh and well maintained.
Working hours are typically between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, making this an ideal role for someone looking for school-friendly hours.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning domestic and commercial properties to company standards
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Following cleaning schedules and checklists
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Travelling between client properties throughout the day
- Maintaining our high standards on every visit
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Is friendly, professional and approachable
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
- Is available to work weekdays between approximately 9:00am and 3:00pm
Previous cleaning experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
