As we scale the Founders Factory model across new sectors and internationally we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter to help us manage the delivery of our programmes and events. This role will sit at the centre of our Studio and Accelerator operations, supporting ventures and their founders as they move through our programmes. You'll be responsible for the administrative duties, operations and the execution of the program once new investments have been made: onboarding new founders, scheduling new programmes, coordinating events, capturing feedback, and monitoring engagement. You will work closely with our Head of Operations and Chief Studio Officer to ensure we are delivering on our offer to founders, tracking against our company-wide objectives, and creating exceptional value for start-ups as they scale.
Responsibilities
Programme Delivery
You will coordinate the day-to-day running of our Studio and Accelerator programmes: scheduling meetings, tracking notes, and sharing recordings, consolidating data points
You will help to create a strong culture within our programmes, creating a sense of community across cohorts and founders, ensuring our group communication channels are maintained, helping to drive engagement across programmes and founders.
You will be responsible for founder onboarding, ensuring they have access to all relevant tooling (including Notion, Slack, and the FF App), connecting founders with the correct team members, and sharing program specific resources.
You will set up new cohorts, creating Google Groups, and setting up our FF App for each new programme.
You will manage our Founder Perks and Benefits, onboarding new partner offerings and managing outreach to new potential partners.
Support and collect feedback that allows us to improve and iterate on our offering and support; setting up relevant 1-1's with founders to learn from their experience working with us and flagging areas for improvement.
Maintain data collection to enable automatic reporting on ventures and programmes, ensuring key company data and feedback is captured and shared via Airtable.
Event Coordination
You will help plan and coordinate our founder events calendar, including sector/cohort specific in-person showcases, sponsored alumni socials, virtual fireside chats and panels.
You will source suitable event spaces and liaise with the venue stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met for the event, this would include on contracts, payments and on the day logistics
You will manage guest lists for any events, creating event invites using Luma,. , managing attendance and sending relevant communications to stakeholders and guests
You will capture feedback from events and ensure we are measuring impact. You can will then feed any relevant data points in the ongoing development of the events calendar
Requirements
Be highly organised, data focused, and quick to take action.
Be curious about technology and digital tooling, with an interest in AI and automations.
Be very comfortable with managing databases.
Experience in operations, project management, events, or administrative roles is a plus.
Understand and be able to talk about early-stage business development, and having an understanding of what is needed to scale new ventures.
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Have high emotional intelligence and empathy for founders and their team as well as for your fellow colleagues in the Founders Factory team.
This role would suit a recent university graduate or someone with between 1 and 3 years experience - who wants to work in a fast paced tech environment.
Compensation Range: £25K - £35K
