Stonebridge Inspection and Testing Services Ltd are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Service Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Nottingham.
Established in 2018, Stonebridge provides inspections, testing and maintenance to workplace equipment covered by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 2022 (PPE). Our customers are based across mainland Great Britain.
Responsibilities
· First point of contact for customers
· Planning and booking in jobs for engineers
· Setting up jobs in our dedicated inspection software
· Answering telephone calls and emails
· Reviewing and authorising reports
· Closing jobs
· Keeping inspection software up to date with job progress
· Assisting engineers with requests for technical information/parts
Key Qualities
· Attention to detail
· Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word
· Experience within a similar industry preferable e.g. Plant/access hire, engineering
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
