Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our dynamic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of SolarFrame Build and Installation projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong time management skills and experience in project planning. The Project Planner will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
Duties:
- Plan works carefully on our Excel diary boards.
- Send relevant documentation to subcontracted trades to confirm bookings.
- Provide agreed job prices or source quotations.
- Move whole projects as the diary changes or delays occur.
- Ensure the diaries are maximised.
- Liaise with Project Managers for live project changes.
- Provide production and transportation instructions.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Planning and/or scheduling.
- Construction and/or Installations knowledge is desirable.
- Home improvement industry knowledge is desirable.
- Proven good communicator.
