Lettings Property Manager – Northampton
Your Move Nolan Throw is an award-winning, independently owned estate agency with nine thriving offices across Buckingham, Northampton, Kettering & Oundle.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our successful team.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a first-class service. Alongside property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance
- Conduct regular property inspections and report back to landlords
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are adhered to (GSR, EICR, deposit protection etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and property files in line with company procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships with clients
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Confident and customer-focused, with a proactive approach
- Previous property management or lettings experience preferred, but not essential
- A good understanding of property compliance and legislation (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
