Senior Nursery Practitioner – Full-Time

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our well-established Broomfield Nursery team. This full-time position is perfect for a confident early years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in leading practice within a supportive, high-quality setting.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
- Have significant experience within an Early Years setting
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to support and mentor team members
- Show a mature, responsible attitude with a deep commitment to delivering outstanding childcare
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers
- Have a natural ability to make every child feel valued, safe, and special
- Be energetic, creative, and full of fun
- Happily sing songs, read favourite stories again and again, fly to the moon, make mud pies, host endless pretend tea parties, create playdough pizzas, and champion joyful learning every day!
