We are looking for a motivated and confident practitioner to join our team as a Band 7 Urgent Care Practitioner. This role offers the chance to work autonomously within a stand‑alone UTC, managing a wide range of presentations.
You will use your advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision‑making skills to provide safe, effective care, supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Contributing to the delivery of high‑quality urgent care for our coastal and rural communities. Giving you the opportunity to maintain and develop a broad clinical skill set.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic with a background in Urgent or Emergency Care to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Unscheduled Care Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled practitioner to work autonomously while collaborating closely with colleagues across healthcare disciplines. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care to patients presenting with a wide range of undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions , using advanced assessment and decision-making skills to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
In this rewarding role, you will independently undertake clinical assessments, including triage, diagnosis, treatment, referral, review, and discharge planning. Drawing on your advanced clinical knowledge and expertise, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care, helping to achieve the best possible outcomes.
