Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms, contributing significantly to our guests' overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies and hallways.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
