Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we’re looking to add an experienced Glazing Maintenance Surveyor to our team.
This role combines technical surveying, client liaison, and project coordination, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial glazing projects across the UK.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each project runs smoothly from initial survey through to completion — representing the Dortech name with professionalism, precision, and pride.
Survey glazing maintenance and refurbishment projects nationwide.
Produce detailed technical reports, drawings, and cost information for estimating.
Liaise directly with clients to discuss requirements, findings, and recommendations.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Check material specifications and deliveries to ensure project accuracy.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in surveying, ideally within glazing, construction, or façade systems.
Excellent attention to detail and “right first time” approach.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Proactive, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)
