Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Ensure all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, are adhered to at all times
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout your shift
- Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service
- Provide attentive and personalised service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods with excellent time management skills
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar work is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
- Good understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy hours
- Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
