Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a barber. You will be self employed and you can choose between a split comission or rent a chair. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and delivering expert hair styling and barbering services. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice when needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends
- Uphold the organisation’s standards of professionalism, hygiene, and presentation at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hairdressing/barbering is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hairstyling, barbering, and delivering excellent client care
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their career in the hairdressing industry while providing top-tier service to clients.
Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
