Telesales Executive – Vending Machine Site Acquisition
Approx 8 x hours per week.
We are looking for a confident, energetic telesales professional to secure new locations for our growing vending-machine business.
This is a hands-on outbound calling role. You will be hitting the phones, speaking with decision-makers at factories, warehouses, distribution centres, offices, garages and other busy workplaces. Your goal will be to arrange qualified appointments and secure suitable sites for our snack, cold-drink and hot-drink vending machines.
The role
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective businesses
- Speak with owners, operations managers, facilities managers and HR teams
- Explain the benefits of providing staff with convenient on-site refreshments
- Identify sites with suitable staffing levels and customer footfall
- Establish who currently provides their vending services and when contracts expire
- Arrange appointments and site surveys
- Follow up interested prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline
- Work towards weekly targets for qualified leads, appointments and confirmed sites
- Keep accurate notes and contact information
What we are looking for
- Previous telesales, appointment-setting or business-development experience
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner
- Comfortable making a high number of outbound calls
- Persistent, positive and motivated by targets
- Able to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- Experience selling to factories, warehouses or commercial businesses would be advantageous
