We are seeking a highly experienced and efficient Nursery Administrator to join our setting in Hendon. The Nursery Administrator will work closely with the Nursery Management Team to support daily operations and help maintain a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals and will be committed to safeguarding and promoting an inclusive environment.
Duties include:
- Working closely with staff, professionals, and parents
- Managing new client enquiries, including logging information, checking availability, arranging viewings, and following up
- Supporting the management of our social media accounts
- Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support
- Handling correspondence, drafting letters and memos, and preparing reports, minutes, and spreadsheets
- Managing confidential company documentation
- Handling telephone enquiries and reception duties, including taking messages
- Ordering and distributing deliveries and supplies
- Assisting in organising company events
- Producing the nursery newsletter
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records at all times

The ideal candidate will:
- Be fully computer literate, with experience in website updates and social media management, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Have at least 2 years of administrative experience
- Be able to work independently and use initiative
- Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to their role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,160.00-£32,240.00 per year
