Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and work area in accordance with industry regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and effective communication
- Manage bookings, appointments, and client records efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in lash artistry
- Promote your services through social media or other marketing channels to grow your clientele
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application or related beauty treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain procedures
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage your own appointments and business operations
