Job Overview
We're launching a new CQC-regulated care service in England and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join us at the ground floor. This is a founding, hands-on role. You'll help shape the service from the start and be the registered, accountable manager as we build toward our first contracts.
We're an early-stage venture, so we're upfront that this isn't a conventional fixed-salary post right now. We're open to discussing a compensation structure that works for you. This could include a deferred or stepped salary that grows as contracts come in, or a part-time arrangement. Tell us what would make this work for you.
What you'll do
Lead our CQC registration application and complete the Registered Manager "fit person" interview
Help finalise our service model, policies and procedures ahead of registration
Act as the Registered Manager once we're live — overseeing care quality, safeguarding, staffing,
compliance and CQC notifications
Prepare us for our first CQC inspection and rating
Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
