Job Summary
We are seeking a Blind fitters mate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the head fitter Install various window blinds, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. This role also requires help with manufacturing in our factory.
Duties
- Install a variety of window blinds, shades, curtains, and shutters with precision.
- Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on products.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise during the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns post-installation.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in installations.
- A valid driver’s licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
