We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager (Operations) to lead and develop a portfolio of our stores within the Bath market. This role is perfect for a hands-on operator who thrives on driving financial results, implementing and driving brand standards, and coaching store leadership teams to achieve their highest potential.
What you will be doing:
- People and Culture: Coaching and mentoring Store Managers, building an open and honest culture, managing schedules/holiday approvals alongside recruiting future talent for the business.
- Maintaining Standards: Working closely with the Senior management team to implement Mokoko’s set of brand standards. Delivering menu excellence, shop standards, health & safety and food safety compliance.
- Service: Lead by example and set out clear expectations to ensure we are delivering the best customer service for all our guests.
- Driving Performance: Reviewing results, identifying trends using data analytics, and taking decisive action to hit financial targets.
What we are looking for:
- Strong operational background with experience in hospitality or retail. Multi site experience is preferable but not essential.
- High commercial competency with a track record of meeting financial goals.
- Commitment to a 5-day week, including active involvement on weekends when our businesses are at their peak.
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear ability to lead people, manage HR scenarios in collaboration with our partners, and champion local community relationships.
Pay: From £19.00 per hour
