Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Team Leader to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
The Grange is a 27-bedded residential home, providing exceptional support to individuals with physical disability or neurological condition.
What you’ll be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the care home
- Lead and support a team of care staff
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement care plans
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
- At least 2-3 + years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of physical disability or neurological condition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of NVQ2 in Health and Social Care
- Must be fully flexible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
