Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, confident and energetic Content Creator & Shop Assistant to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, making videos, meeting customers and working in a busy Asian grocery store.
The successful candidate will create engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, present products and new stock on camera, promote offers and help keep our social media channels active and engaging. You will also assist customers, replenish shelves, provide stock updates and support the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can speak Tamil or Malayalam, have good communication skills, are confident on camera and enjoy creating social media content. Previous content creation or retail experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm, confidence and a positive attitude are equally important.

- Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam with good English communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media and content creation
- Friendly, approachable and confident personality
- Good product presentation and storytelling skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Retail or grocery store experience
- Previous content creation experience is preferred but not essential
