The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of modern vehicles, where attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare, mask, and prime vehicles ready for paint
✔ Apply water-based paints to a high standard
✔ Carry out polishing and final finishing
✔ Inspect and quality check your own work to ensure top-level finish
✔ Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
✔ Proven ability to deliver high-quality work from start to finish
✔ Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, including water-based paints
✔ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
✔ Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
✔ Self-motivated and able to work efficiently under pressure
✔ Passion for the automotive industry and staying up to date with new technologies
Desirable (but not essential):
➕ City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
➕ Experience with strip fitting and light panel work
