Through our sector leading services, we offer friendship to the isolated and lonely, sheltered housing for those who want to remain proudly independent and childcare to serving personnel on RAF stations. We are looking for Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team! Whilst the role is offered at 20 hours per week, we have additional hours available during our busy summer events schedule preparing our exhibition vehicles for our presence at multiple air shows throughout the UK. Alongside that we have seasonal increased demand such as Remembrance and Christmas periods. Ideally, you will have previous warehouse experience and have flexibility to cover for our warehouse team when they have time off. Whilst our warehouse may be small, our sales have grown exponentially over the last 12 months (both at events and our online channels) and we can despatch in excess of 100 orders per day.
Primary responsibilities include;
Unloading and loading vehicles
Assist with receipt, storage and control of goods
Ensuring the appropriate cleanliness of RAFATRAD vehicles
Picking and preparing items for dispatch
Updating dispatch records and other data input requirements
Maintaining a safe working environment
Fit to undertake manual handling associated with this role
Responsible for polite, timely and proactive customer service
Fulfil orders accurately
