Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling, cutting, colouring, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences
- Provide professional barbering services including beard trimming, and haircuts for men and women
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised service and excellent communication
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering
- Promote services through word-of-mouth, social media, or other marketing channels to attract new clients
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of current trends, techniques, colour treatments, and grooming products
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional while managing your own business operations
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
- Professional attitude with a commitment to hygiene standards and client confidentiality
