Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including gel nails, BIAB, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering professional advice.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and business growth.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends or evenings if required.
