Mayfield House a 51-bedded residential care home set on the outskirts of Crewe is looking to recruit the following key staff:
Night Care Assistant - Full Time Positions 34.5 hrs per week or 40.25 hrs per week x1 positions
To provide good quality care to the residents, in accordance with departmental
procedures, guidelines and professional standards, ensuring that individual members
maintain their maximum potential and independence.
To uphold the standards of the company in day to day practice and to represent the company in a professional and positive manner when dealing with others. No previous experience is required for this role as all elements of training is provided.
The role will include providing personal care to residents while retaining their individual rights and dignity. Applicants should be reliable, conscientious and caring, and demonstrate a genuine interest in working with this client group. The successful candidate will possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Working over seven days, rates of pay fall in line with the National Living Wage rates 2026. All positions will benefit from excellent working conditions, opportunities for training and promotion and the chance to make a difference.
All posts will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, suitable references and the right to work in the UK.
