We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person (Female Preferred)to join our team at a residential park. The main focus of this role is onsite administration and customer service, dealing with residents, answering enquiries and helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the park office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the park
- Dealing with residents and responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Building good relationships with residents and providing friendly customer service
- Handling correspondence, letters and general office documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident records and files
- Keeping paperwork and office systems organised
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Recording and following up maintenance and other resident requests
- Assisting the park manager with general administrative duties
- Helping with invoices, payments and basic bookkeeping as required
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining financial records
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software would be an advantage
- Experience with HMRC communication and VAT knowledge is desirable
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people
- Well organised and able to manage different tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with residents and handling enquiries
- Good with email, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Accurate and organised with paperwork
- Professional and helpful in their approach
- Previous administration or customer service experience is preferred
