Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall Business.
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Labourer will work carrying out a number of yard duties to the successful completion of tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Washing trucks & Trailers with Power washer.
- Vallet Trucks & Company Vehicles.
- Organize and maintain the yard to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist workshop fitters with certain tasks (Full Training Given)
- Driving forklift. (Training can be given)
- Collecting parts in work van
- Other duties may be required from time to time.
Hrs of Work
8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
As a General Labourer/Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our yard. Your customer service skills will be essential in assisting drivers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
