Job Summary
Cairn Cross is looking for ambitious Groundworkers with dumper tickets and banksman tickets to join our growing team within the civil engineering industry. The location for this role is Hull, with the possibility of moving on to other work across the North of England; willingness to travel is essential, as there may be nationwide stay-overs. You will join an enthusiastic and driven team supporting your career development. Open to both self-employed contractors and employed staff.
Works include the following
- Road and sewers
- Services and mains installation
- Ducting
- Concrete works
- Kerbing and flagging
- Gabion Baskets
- Steel Portal Buildings
- Drainage
- Full Driving Licence
- 360 machine ticket
- Dumper ticket
- Banksman ticket
- SSSTS or SMSTS ( Not a necessity )
The person:·
- Must hold a PTS card
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Good standard of communication
- Willingness to travel
- Must hold a full driving licence
- Company pension
- On-site parking
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Experience:
- Ground Worker: 2 years (required)
