About the Role
We are looking for energetic and friendly waiters/waitresses to join our team at Chocoberry. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest has a great experience. This is a part time weekend role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and customer areas
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments (cash/card) accurately
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic maths skills for handling payments
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
Pay: £12.71-£18.62 per hour
