Overview
This role is based at our Shrewsbury Head Office working along side the other members of the finance team with whom this role will work closely.
We are looking for a safe pair of hands and the role would be ideally suited to someone who is qualified by experience and previous experience in the motor trade, but this is not essential.
The role is for a management accountant who will deal with the preparation of the monthly accounts and all balance sheet reconciliations for one brand (over 2 physical locations) within the group and the external submission to the manufacturer reporting portal.
We use Pinnacle DMS, so previous knowledge is useful but not essential. We also utilise both excel and internally written Power BI reports to prepare the management accounts, reconciliations and day to day analysis so good excel knowledge is preferred but not essential as able to be trained in house.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse management accounts
- Utilise accounting software such as Pinnacle DMS to maintain accurate financial records.
- Managing of Non Cash Sales Debtors
- Reviewing Vehicle Debtors
- Reporting results to Manufacturer
Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
