The role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Multi-Site Operations Manager to support the delivery of outstanding operations across the multiple food and drink concepts within Arcade Battersea.
This is a hands-on senior leadership role for someone who understands how to manage a complex, high-volume hospitality environment made up of different brands, concepts and teams, all operating under one roof.
You will work closely with the General Manager, venue leadership team and individual operators to ensure every part of the business performs brilliantly. From commercial performance and operational standards to guest experience and team development, you will help create consistency across the venue while allowing each concept to retain its own identity.
Arcade is continuing to grow, and this role will play an important part in that journey. You will help strengthen the operation, build capable teams and create the structure needed to support future growth, new concepts and continued expansion.
You will be visible, present and confident within the operation, knowing when to challenge, when to support and when to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
What experience you will have
- Previous experience as a Multi-Site Operations Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or senior operational leader within a high-volume restaurant.
- Previous expertise of managing multiple P&L’s simultaneously.
- Experience overseeing multiple food and drink concepts, departments or operational areas within one large venue
- A proven track record of managing complex, high-footfall hospitality operations
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, labour, revenue, cost control and overall operational performance
- Confidence using financial and operational data to identify opportunities and improve results
- Experience supporting General Managers, Heads of Department and senior venue teams
- A strong understanding of food, beverage, service and guest experience within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to create consistency across multiple concepts while respecting the identity and needs of each one
- Experience supporting growth, new concepts, openings or periods of operational change
- The ability to build strong systems, structures and leadership teams that support a growing business
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships across different teams and operators
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach when things do not go quite to plan
- High standards, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality
- A visible, approachable leadership style and a willingness to be present within the operation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the business requires it
