Experienced Painters & Decorators – *Pricework*

Pay: £175 per completed bedroom (Pricework)

TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Painters & Decorators to join our team on the refurbishment of 400+ student bedrooms in Preston.
This is straightforward, repetitive work with excellent earning potential for productive decorators. Multiple bedrooms will be allocated at a time, allowing operatives to maintain a continuous workflow and maximise their earnings.

£175 per completed bedroom
Each bedroom includes:
- Minor sanding only (no filling required)
- Taping and masking
- Two coats to walls
- Two coats to ceilings
- Painting skirting boards
- Painting door frames
- Protection of fixed furniture
- Final clean-down
Doors are NOT included.
Bedrooms are approximately 2.5m x 5.5m and contain a fixed bed, desk and wardrobe.
Payment
- Weekly CIS payments
- £150 paid upon completion of each bedroom
- The remaining £25 per bedroom is released following quality sign-off by the TimesGroup Site Manager
To ensure prompt payment, the TimesGroup Site Manager will complete weekly inspections and sign-offs every Friday. Any completed bedrooms meeting the required quality standard will be signed off that week, with the remaining balance released accordingly. Should any minor snags be identified, these can be rectified before final sign-off.

Requirements
- Previous painting & decorating experience
- Own tools
- CSCS Card preferred
- Own transport preferred
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high-quality finish
