At Alexandra House, we support residents to build confidence, develop life skills, increase independence and feel connected within their local community. You will play an important role in helping people live fulfilled, meaningful lives in a safe, positive and welcoming environment.
No two days are the same. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you may be supporting residents with daily routines, enjoying a walk to the local coffee shop, helping with community activities, or joining residents on trips and holidays. This is a varied and rewarding role where you can build strong relationships and gain valuable experience in mental health care and support.

Static rota pattern - Hours will be allocated in line with organisation need between the hours of 8am and 10pm, working days will remain the same.
Week 1 – Long Week: Mon; Tue; Fri pm; Sat; Sun.
Week 2 – Short Week: Wed; Thu; Fri am.
Rate of pay: £12.81 per hour
Average monthly pay: £2,220.40
Yearly pay: £26,644.80
